Swimming pool - Nice 4mx10m winter heated infinity pool, overlooking Marigot bay, Montjean and the ocean. Lounge chairs at your disposal around the pool to relax.

Private mooring - A private mooring at the end of the garden, perfect for sunbathing, also enable direct access to Marigot Bay, natural and preserved marine reserve with sheltered waters, seagrass bed where fish come to breed, turtle playground. Paradise for snorkelers! An ajoupa with a lovely artificial beach area is now available by the mooring.
